I have a social justice focus, recognizing systems of oppression affect the individual in profound ways.

I aspire to help reveal hope from where it's hiding and aid in discovering strength and empowerment. I use research-driven, evidence-based practices, including Ego State (parts work) and EMDR therapy. I have been practicing through the lens of EMDR for 8 years. EMDR helps access and process trauma and other adverse life experiences to reach resolution.

Positionality: I am a middle-class, white-passing biracial, physically disabled, cis-gendered heterosexual female.

I work with individuals and couples who are ready to feel more grounded, connected, and intentional in their lives. Many of the people I work with are carrying experiences that have left a lasting impact- whether it’s something big and obvious, or something more quiet that’s been harder to name. Perhaps you’re dealing with anxiety or other mood changes, feeling disconnected from yourself or others, or just know that something isn’t quite right.

I aim to offer a space where you can slow down, explore, and start to heal at your own pace, where you don’t have to filter yourself or show up as anyone other than who you are.

Whether you're navigating anxiety, depression, PTSD, or life transitions, I meet you where you are with compassion and cultural humility. My goal is to empower you with tools to process your past, build resilience, and move toward a more fulfilling future. Together, we can create a path toward healing that honors your identity, experiences, and strengths.

Healing from trauma takes courage, and I am here to support you every step of the way. As a therapist committed to anti-oppressive, anti-racist practice, I create a safe and affirming space where you can explore your experiences without judgment. I utilize a range of evidence-based approaches and tailor our time together to meet your unique needs.
